24th Year Anniversary for D&S

We are headed to Provo, so I am posting today. We did get to see "UP" finally. Great Disney Pixar family film. Raining, soaking wet--5K on Saturday.

D RAN the 5k. He officially committed to run the TOU half marathon with K. So he will keep up the running for a while. We did get to go to lunch with N & C for the last time before school starts. He was the Seed Spitting Contest winner at the Stake Fair on Saturday. Now there's a "Claim to Fame".

S finished sewing the "I Spy Quilt" this week. Now the cutting begins.....Since the block have been around for 5 years now. She walked with N & C for the 5K on Saturday but has been running on the WHS track most days. Excited for Ed. Week.

T fed the pool staff and is closing up the year at North Shore. She did some shopping this week with K and attended Real Soccer last night on the 4th row! She will start traveling to Logan this coming week for some classes, but then will be working close to home at McKay Dee in the NICU. She will be filling in for Mom and Dad this week.......

K was e-mailing us this Tues. but the computer crashed while we were in the process. He got the bag the same day...cookies and all. D & S will be dropping off his phone cards etc. at the front desk while they are in Provo. He seems to be doing great.Got a long letter in the mail and things sound like they are going great.

N is ready to go to "Good Ole' Weber". We laughed really hard when we came home from church to a message on the phone that the bus would pick him up at 6:34.....Uhm.... that would mean he would be up before 6. S thinks she will be taking him up each morning. He earned his Fat Cats Money. Walked the 5K with the dog and much prodding. Got on the dunking machine at the Fair twice. Skating and Tennis on Friday.

C decided to wait for now with the Swim team. Their competitions sound like they are the same time as Gym in the fall. She loved the Dunking Machine and drug the dog along the 5k too....or was it the dog drug her? She has a brand new school to go to this year and gets to walk to and from. That will be much nicer than the traveling she did last year. 6th Grade will be great. She such a great friend to Nate. They will have an eventful week with Mom and Dad gone.

See you next week.
